The notorious 2000 Trees Festival has announced it’s fourth wave of bands.

Joining the already packed out line-up this year is: Frightened Rabbit, Blood Red Shoes, Black Honey, And So I Watch You From Afar, Queen Kwong, Blood Command, Brutus, as well as some new and exciting UK bands in the form of Dead!, Funeral Shakes, Gloo, Nova Twins, Souer and more!

Frightened Rabbit commented “We’re so pleased to be back at 2000 Trees Festival. It’s always been a favourite of ours and they gave us our first ever UK headline slot so it’s a special place for us. Also, they have peacocks!”

Blood Red Shoes –“Really happy to announce our first festival appearance of 2018. We’ll be returning to our favourite independent festival in the UK, 2000 Trees Festival.”

Brutus – “We are really stoked to be back at 2000 Trees Festival. We didn’t know what to expect when we played the festival for the first time last year, and it was just amazing – such a nice crowd and so many great bands, we are really happy to be back again this year – we’re looking forward to that moment when you drive your van out of the hills and you see the festival site! Awesome!

2000 Trees Festival Organiser James Scarlett commented “I was at Upcote Farm a couple of days ago and the sunshine glinting off the Cotswold Hills gave me a real rush of excitement. It’s not long now until July and I think this line up announcement just makes things even stronger, with a great list of new and established bands coming from all over the globe. If I could give just two pieces of advice, they’d be get your tickets now before they sell out and, more importantly, if anyone out there hasn’t checked out the Brutus album ‘Burst’ then get on it ASAP – you will not regret it!”

Well, you heard it folks, this is one festival you don’t want to miss this summer!
