“Imagine a world in which Andrew Eldritch kept his hair and his leather jacket, and instead of doing crossword puzzles for the last decade, he spent his time cracking skulls in biker bars. Shazam!Terminal Gods”Classic Rock

Terminal Gods are the genuine desperadoes of London’s emerging underbelly of dark dive-bar rock bands”Fred Perry Subculture

London-based post-punk band, Terminal Gods, have announced their debut album, Wave / Form, released through the band’s own Heavy Leather label on May 6th 2016. The album’s first single,‘Connection & Rupture’, is streaming now here

Since forming in 2011, the band have released two 7” singles, a cassette, and one 12” EP – Machine Beat Messiah – which New York’s Absolution Blog called “the best release of the year”. In their short time together, Terminal Gods have toured through mainland Europe four times. In London, they have sold out The Garage and The Barfly.

On stage, Terminal Gods strike an imposing form. Backed by a rack of drum-machine hardware and armed with an arsenal of frantically overdriven pop songs, the band stand in a smoke-shrouded musical no-man’s land. Finding themselves halfway between the uncompromising, raucous hard rock of the ’70s, and the cold, new wave beats of ’80s. Terminal Gods are a fearsome live band with something to say.

In addition, the band run Heavy Leather Promotions, putting on successful live music and club night’s in North London (most notably A New Dusk, which started out as a blog and has since escalated into London’s leading minimal and coldwave club night), as well as a DIY label, Roadkill Records.
