Our Fold: With quite the impressive CV behind them, Our Fold have sold out their own headline shows and graced the festival stages of Glastonbury, Leeds & Reading, Bestival, Latitude and Isle of White Festival as well as supporting industry heavyweights such as Kasabian, Frank Turner, Foals, The Coral and The Rifles. 2019 sees the band release their debut album ‘Sick of Normal Life’ and a barrage of live shows. We welcome the lads to the Flick of the Finger EXPOSED Playlist.
The Pagans S.O.H: Forming in July 2016, the band set on a Pagan voyage, fusing elements of hip hop/punk/funk/jazz/metal and reggae to create a Pagan sound is truly their own.
Ryan Jarvis: With the success of performing around the UK as a solo singer/songwriter, racking up support slots with Glasvegas, Mark Morris and a huge hometown show at Manchester’s Apollo, with The Courteeners, Jarvis embarked on a run of shows with the backing of a full band in 2018. Saytr Play: Led by wild and captivating front-man Fred Farrell, Saytr Play have a burgeoning reputation for delivering a live show that’ll leave your jaw on the floor, ears begging for more.
Ivory Wave: Birmingham quintet Ivory Wave have already established a reputation as local heroes. Their exuberant, party-starting mix of swaggering indie attitude, dancefloor-filling beats and glistening synths inspires chaotic scenes wherever they go. A fantastic addition to Flick of the Finger EXPOSED Playlist.
Argh Kid: As a musician and spoken word performer Argh Kid (David Scott) has has toured the UK, played to sold out crowds and dazzled millions with his lyrical prowess. This Manchester-raised poet is winning hearts and minds with his verbal energy, gaining celebrity fans such as Liam Gallagher, Christopher Eccleston and Chris Evans.
Dirty Laces: Dirty Laces, a MCR rock and roll 5 piece, raw guitar music & powerful live shows with a huge stage presence. Tube driven amps, classic guitars give big sounds. What else do you need in a rock & roll band??
The Lathums: The Lathums are an upcoming indie band from Wigan. They recently gained attention after their single ‘The Great Escape’ gained plenty of attention on social media. The Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess checked them out and asked if they wanted to play at Kendal Calling, along with getting Record Of The Week on XS Manchester.
