Salem Announce debut UK headline tour including a London show at The Dome on 30 October 2021.

The band’s second EP is released this Friday 7 May 2021.

After achieving a rush of acclaim with their self-titled debut EP, Salem recently hit Radio 1 when Daniel P Carter played their current single Draculads as his Rockest Record. The duo – Creeper frontman Will Gould and guitarist Matt Reynolds – today announce details of their debut UK tour. It comes ahead of the release of their second EP SALEM II this Friday, which is available to pre-order link here.

Salem have previously played just two small capacity, socially distanced shows as well as an In The K! Pit session. Their touring lineup is completed by bassist Ranny Ransom and drummer Aaron Graham.

“We are so excited to announce that our passion project Salem will be touring for the first time.” shared Gould “Born in lockdown it feels surreal to be finally taking the band out into the real world for the first time, but never more appropriate. After a year of watching our music scene take hit after hit from COVID-19, reinforced by a real lack of support from our government, we have made a conscious effort to be playing a long intimate tour in independent venues. We owe so much to venues like these and are desperate to do our part.”

“I haven’t performed in venues these sizes in a very long time and I’m so excited for sweaty stage dives and punk rock singalongs. This tour is going to be absolute carnage in the best possible way.” explains Gould.

The tour features the exciting James and the Cold Gun, who feature James Joseph and James Biss. Gould adds: “They’re one of the most exciting bands in the country right now, and will soon be playing far bigger venues themselves.”

Tickets for the tour go on sale from 10 am this Thursday 6 May 2021 – link here.
