Stockport based band Federal Charm are back with new vocalist Tom Guyer and about to play their first gig with the new line up.

July 29th they are opening for UFO at The Cheese and Grain, Frome. FOTF will be there to review on the night.

March 6th this year the announcement was made that after 5 Years with the band Nick Bowden had decided to call it a day. Many thought the twin guitar attack the band, that had become their signature in recent years would be lost. The band, after thanking Nick, went on to search for a replacement.

April saw Tom Guyer  announced as the new vocalist for Federal Charm, the press release at the time went on to explain:

Tom has an incredible vocal range, and his ability to tap into our existing material and push the envelope with creativity and respect give us the ammunition we need going forward writing and recording our third album and touring throughout 2017 and beyond

Guitarist Paul Bowe recently posted a video explains why the band were off grid, they have been working on Federal Charm 3 and looking forward to getting back out on the road,

We’re very excited about going on tour with the new line up, We’re very proud of the new material and been working on it daily, and our big news is we are opening for UFO at The Cheese and Grain. We’re now in rehearsal for the show.

Paul signed off telling people to trust us, You’re going to be blown away, It’s going to be worth the wait’.
