Californian emo-rockers MOVEMENTS have announced their debut full-length album ‘Feel Something’, set to drop on October 20th through Fearless Records.
Feel Something, produced by the ever talented Will Yip (Citizen, La Dispute, The Wonder Years), is the follow up to the band’s 2016 EP Outgrown Things.
Promising “a cohesive vision of muscular rock energy and melodic songcraft” as well as a mature evolution of the four piece’s sound.
Fans of post-hardcore champions Touché Amoré or the afore mentioned La Dispute will surely find themselves at home within vocalist Patrick Miranda’s raw vocals and touching spoken word outbursts.
The band have also dropped their newest single ‘Colorblind’, displaying the group’s undeniable talent for gut punching choruses and catchy lyricism. Check the video out down below.
In a recent interview with Billboard, Patrick also spoke on the release of ‘Colorblind’ and its place in the band’s steadily growing library; “We wanted the first new song everyone heard to be a heavy hitting banger that would really hit the ground running, and set a tone for the rest of the record.”
MOVEMENTS are set to tour North America and the the UK in the coming months, opening for Knuckle Puck along with Tiny Moving Parts and Have Mercy. It’s a truly amazing line up of some of the best bands the scene has to offer right now, don’t miss out.
