Libertines have announced who will be supporting them on their tour at the end of the year

A collection of 10 bands have been announced to be joining the band across their 13 date tour

When The Libertines first announced this tour, it was pretty exciting, but things just got a bit more exciting as the band announce who will be warming up the crowds this Winter, with two bands taking support slots for each night, there is going to be no shortage of music for those lucky enough to have tickets for these gigs.

Here’s whose supporting, and where you will see them:

Here’s Johnny : Bournemouth and Leeds (3rd/4th December respectively)

Shop Girls: Bournemouth and London (3rd/18th)

Web ft. Kieran from The View: Dundee (6th)

WhenYoung: Leeds, Manchester and London (4th/11th/19th)

Dan Lyons: Manchester and Birmingham (10th/14th)

Retro Video Club: Dundee and Glasgow (6th/7th)

There are currently no supports announced for Bristol, whether any will be added, we are yet to know. But as for the other dates, the support bands are incredible, and with WhenYoung and Trampolene scheduled to both play Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse on the same night, that is going to be one hell of a night. It’s good to see a band of The Libertines’ status to be showcasing some of the finest acts in the world of upcoming bands.
