You heard it – it is only one month until the big old happy Download fam gets together in the hallowed grounds of Donington Park.

Continuing to keep up the hype for the big weekend Download have announced the final bands to complete the #DL2019 line-up. Start practising your circle headbanging now as symphonic metal titans, Epica, are coming to Donington Park with their magnetising mix of heavy metal grit and orchestral grandeur.

If you’ve wondered what Elvis would sound like crooning his way through Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit, you’re in luck my friend as Elvana are hitting up the Zippo Encore Stage. Toronto based band The Beaches will lift you up with their feelgood vintage rock vibes. Whilst, The Inspector Cluzo, Palisades and Blurred Vision will also all be heading to Donington Park to rock your world.#

It is not all about music either there is a whole raft of comedy on the Side Splitter Stage in The Village too. Joining the already announced Jim Breuer, is Mock the Week regular and self-confessed metallar, Ed Gamble. BBC New Comedy Award finalist Aaron Simmonds bring his set that runs from Harry Potter to disastrous dating. Whilst, Allyson June Smith will be delivering a potent observational cocktail of wit, bite and shame.

Also, hitting up the Side Splitter Stage to detonate comedy dynamite are Andrew Bird, Andy Field, Brett Domino, Dan Nightingale, Danny Mcloughlin, David Longley, Emmanuel Sonubi, Jimmy Mcghie, John Lynn, Jonathan Mayor, Laura Lexx, Lou Conran, Mark Simmons, Milo Mccabe, Rachel Fairburn, Rich Wilson, Rob Kemp, Stephen Buchanan, Sully O’ Sullivan and Thomas Green.
