Tramlines 2021 Is Just Around The Corner!
More than 40 acts will play across the weekend!
For festival goers across the UK, Tramlines is well established as one of the best festivals to see a great mix of well established, as well as upcoming acts, all in one weekend! As well as being recognised as the go-to festival by most festival goers, Tramlines won the award for best Metropolitan Festival 2019!
Since its beginnings in 2009, the festival has grown more popular with each passing year, and attracted the attention of some of the best musical acts around, and takes place in the heart of the city that played a huge part in the indie revival. That is of course, the birthplace of Arctic Monkeys, Sheffield.
This year, the festival has once again attracted some of the biggest names in rock and indie music at the moment, with; Royal Blood, The Streets and Richard Ashcroft all set to headline the 3 day festival which takes place at Hillsborough Park. Further down the bill, the likes of; Blossoms, DMA’s, Jake Bugg and The Kooks will all feature.
Alongside the well established bands, some of the greatest up and coming bands also get the opportunity to make a bigger name for themselves and expand their growing fanbases. To name a few who will have the opportunity to play to (hopefully) around 30,000 music lovers, there will be performances from; The Reytons, The Snuts, Sundara Karma, The Lathums, Lottery Winners and many more!
It’s set to be a great weekend, which takes place 23rd-25th July 2021. Tickets have sold out for the event, so the lucky ones who got tickets will be in for a great weekend of some of the best music around! More information of the festival, including how to get there, what to expect from the weekend, and all the facts you could possibly need can all be found over on their website!
