These will be the band’s first headline live performances since 2019!
Kicking off in July 2022, Primal Scream have announced they’ll play their album ‘Screamadelica’ in full for three live dates, including a huge date in Glasgow! It is part of their celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the release of the album, and this Friday the band will release two new versions of the album. A 10-disc 12” Singles Box compiles nine replicas of the singles from the original album campaign alongside Andrew Weatherall’s recently unveiled ‘Shine Like Stars’ remix, all pressed on 180-gram heavyweight vinyl. The second release is the album’s first ever picture disc format.
For the live dates, the band will also play a selection of their greatest hits alongside ‘Screamadelica’ in full, and the band have plenty to choose from, with albums such as ‘XTRMNTR’ and ‘Give Out But Don’t Give Up’. This tour will see the band play some of the biggest dates of their career.
