Manchester’s indie rock quartet Larkins, reveal dates and details of their UK tour which commences April.
The tour includes the biggest headline show of their career to date at Manchester’s 2600 capacity Academy 1.
The announcement as no long after the completion of a huge UK and Ireland tour that spanned 30 shows.
Numerous sold-out shows has seen the band recently reach the landmark of 8000 ticket sales.
The Larkins blend anthemic indie and synth-heavy alt-pop and are being certainly follow in legendary footsteps of fellow Manchester bands.
Larkins formed after vocalist Josh Noble and guitarist Dom Want started making music together at school. The creativity progressed in college with the duo would write song ideas together in their English class. Later sneaking into the studio after hours to bring those songs to life. The Larkins sound broadened when bassist Henry Beach and drummer Joe Gaskell joined the line-up.
The Larkins plan to release their second EP early next year on Good Soldier Records. They shared a preview of what is to come with recently released track Make You Better.
April’s UK tour will see the Larkins take the next step towards fulfilling their potential, dates are as follows:
