Squeeze Are Set To Play Carlisle Sands Centre In November!

The date follows on from a major USA tour throughout August and September.

British music legends Squeeze have announced their only UK headline date for 2021 at Carlisle Sands Centre for Tuesday 30th November. Tickets go onsale Friday 25th June at 10am.

Squeeze first formed in 1973, shortly after Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook had begun their songwriting partnership. By 1977 they had made their recording debut and enjoyed a string of hits, establishing the band as not just a passing footnote in new-wave history, but as an important and vital part of quintessential British music. The pair reformed in 2007, and have been touring and writing music ever since. Since reforming, they have released two albums, 2015’s ‘Cradle To The Grave’ and 2017’s ‘The Knowledge’.

Over the last few years, the band have been touring the UK, US and Australia extensively, which included joining Daryl Hall & John Oates on their North American tour, which meant a return to Madison Square Gardens.
